Welcome to 357pkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 357pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 357pkr website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. These Terms apply to all sections of 357pkr including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, bingo and any promotional activities offered from time to time.

357pkr is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). To register and use 357pkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

357pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed, and any funds held in an unverified account may be withheld pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 357pkr. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and the payment method you intend to use. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. This includes your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 357pkr will never contact you asking for your password, PIN or OTP under any circumstances. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings.
• Do not share your account access with anyone else, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify 357pkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

357pkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.

All deposits on 357pkr are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

357pkr supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant deposits directly from your JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — instant deposits from your Easypaisa account
• Raast — interbank instant payment transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from any Pakistani commercial bank account

• Mobile Wallets — other approved mobile wallet providers as listed in your account

Deposits are credited to your 357pkr account balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before the first has been investigated.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made using accounts or cards belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

Withdrawals on 357pkr are processed same-day for verified accounts that have met all applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and proof of ownership of the payment method linked to your account. This is a one-time process for most accounts.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 357pkr payments team during working hours on Pakistan Standard Time. Requests submitted outside those hours are queued and processed on the next working day. In most cases, funds arrive within a few hours of approval.

• Withdrawal to JazzCash and Easypaisa accounts is typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.
• 357pkr reserves the right to request further documentation for large withdrawals or those flagged for additional review.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will receive a notification explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, active bonus wagering requirement, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the registered account details.

357pkr offers bonuses and promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, sports betting cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL and international cricket tours. Each offer has its own specific terms which are displayed clearly on the promotion page before you opt in.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 357pkr unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are used after your real-money balance has been depleted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit only. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a secondary account is considered bonus abuse.
• 357pkr reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the offer was claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the individual promotion terms.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds unless the promotion explicitly states they are credited as real money.

357pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is ended early, players who have already opted in and met the conditions will still receive the reward they were entitled to at the time of opt-in.

The 357pkr sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests), football, tennis, basketball, esports and other sports as available. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition or governing body.

The following rules apply across all sports betting markets on 357pkr:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player unless a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — 357pkr reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• If an event is postponed, the bet will remain open for up to 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that window, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
• For cricket markets specifically, the result used for settlement is the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC or equivalent). D/L method results are valid for settlement purposes.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a short delay between placement and confirmation. 357pkr does not accept bets where the relevant event has already concluded, and any such bets placed in error will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• The use of automated betting software, bots or any scripted bet placement tool is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

357pkr takes match integrity seriously. Any account suspected of involvement in match fixing, use of insider information or suspicious betting patterns will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant activity may be reported to sporting authorities.

All casino games and slots available on 357pkr — including live dealer titles, video slots, table games and bingo — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. 357pkr does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) percentage and paytable. This information is available within each game's help or information section.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will complete according to its normal outcome. Reconnect to your account to view the result. 357pkr is not responsible for losses due to unstable internet connections on the player's side.
• If a game malfunctions or produces an error during a round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. Wins from a malfunctioning game round are not paid out.
• Progressive jackpot amounts shown in game previews are indicative and may differ from the actual jackpot value at the time of play.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per round are displayed within each game before play begins.

For live casino games, the decisions of the dealer and the outcome shown on screen at the conclusion of the round are final. Technical recordings of all live sessions are retained and disputes can be reviewed against these recordings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 357pkr. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back or dispute a valid deposit transaction after funds have been used on the platform
• Using automated software, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets or bonus structures
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Accessing the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion
• Allowing a person under 18 to access, use or fund an account on your behalf

357pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been violated. This includes — but is not limited to — the prohibited activities listed in Section 9.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified and given an opportunity to respond unless the nature of the issue requires immediate action. If the suspension is found to be in error following review, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you can do so from your account settings. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within five business days, provided there are no active wagering requirements or pending disputes attached to the balance.

357pkr also reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months. You will be notified before this occurs, and any remaining balance will be returned to your last verified payment method.

357pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it should be enjoyable, affordable and within your personal limits at all times. We provide a range of tools to help every player stay in control of their experience.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.

• Self-exclusion — lock your account for a chosen period. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in or make any deposits, and the exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period.

To the maximum extent permitted, 357pkr's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue occurred. We are not liable for:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits from bets or games
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance or technical faults outside our direct control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player did not take reasonable security precautions
• Third-party payment delays outside of 357pkr's processing chain
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

357pkr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player, we will also send a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the 357pkr platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the new Terms take effect.
